The title of the PM will be the same as replying to a standard PM.
There is an inbuilt control to prevent a cycle of auto-reply PMs being sent if both users are in selected auto reply usergroups.
It can be enabled/disabled easily in its options.

How to use
- AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Usergroup Auto Reply Settings
- Turn On
- Select Usergroup(s)
- Type auto reply message
- Click Save
